too slow for on-the-fly reference

ILL LLCs enthusiasm is commendable but they definitely hurt their brand with version 1.0 of this over-ambitious app. 25 seconds to launch makes it impractical as a working reference tool, especially in the context of copy-paste support in iPhone OS 3.0. Having to stare at the over-the-top "Geisha Girl with Mount Fujiyama" splash screen gets old fast.

Worst of all, I wasted many precious hours over the past few weeks troubleshooting backup problems before the 1.0.1 release made it clear Gengo Talking Dictionary was the culprit. If only I had deleted it sooner...
